My Jingles had her kittens!
Sadly, it has not been a joyous day. Jingles started with seven, then four died. Once I arrived home from school, two more had died. Now shes down to one.
Poor girl

She seems very happy though, she seems to love the little bugger a lot. Heres a pic of the happy family :)

Halloween has Come and Gone!

As some of you may know, I made a cake for Halloween this year, complete with fondant ghosties.

It saddens me that they got a little bit of pinkish red icing on them. I worked so hard on them

More Hits than Misses

I've recently started doing a lot more baking, and I've started to get quite the hang of it! As my mom once todl me "Renee, a lot of your baking seems to be hit and miss..So we're only taking the cupcakes you make if they work. Okay?" Well, I vow to have as many hits as possible! No more misses! :D I, absolutely, positively, LOVE making cupcakes ^_^ Cupcakes are adorable, mini cakes that you can make look like anything! I'm planning on making spider ones for an upcoming Halloween party. I enjoy making muffins too, and the best websites I find for recipes, are from fellow Bloggers! I'll link my favourite at the bottom. Along with a few recipes I've found that are AH-MAZ-ING! The true test for awesomeness in my house, is if my Dad likes them. He doesn't much like sweets and treats so if he enjoys them then they have to be good!

Back again. Just Countin Down Days

Well, September is has arrived once again and I'm back at school. This is a cheer moment! Shocking, I know. I'm one of those weirdos who enjoys being at school, its where my friends are, Drama Club is there. (Woo Hoo for that)! School is great. :)
Whatever could I be counting down the days for Ghosties?
Well only the due date to the contest I entered!
September 14th.
I'd read the guildlines again, just to refresh my memory abotu when the winner is announced but one can only read the rules so many times before she goes crazy.

They accepted it for publication!

Hello Ghosties!
Well, this is new for me but I thought I'd try it! I think I'll just keep calling you Ghosties, cause theres probably nobody there.....
Regardless, I'll continue to post my randomness, just to get it out I suppose.  Once you get to know me (and hopefully you will) you'll realize I am Craaaazy but, you'll get over that! ;) Maybe if I decide I like this I'll give you links to my stories, hmm?
